Registration is available for the following age groups for the 2025 Outdoor Season:
4U (born 2021)  
6U (born 2020 or 2019) 
8U (born 2018 or 2017) 
10U (born 2016 or 2015) 
12U (born 2014 or 2013) 
15U (born 2012-2010) 
18U (born 2009-2007)

The 2025 Outdoor season begins in early May and ends in mid-June. All games are on weekday evening, with the exception of the season-ending tournament, which runs Friday to Sunday the third weekend in June. All age division game nights rotate through the week and time slots to minimize impact on other activities.

4U plays once a week, all other divisions will play twice as week.

All games for 4U, 6U, 8U and 10U will play on fields in East Regina.  12U, 15U and 18U will interlock with other zones and will play some games in other parts of Regina, White City, or Balgonie.

4U to 10U will be scheduled for a 14-game season and a season-ending mini-tournament. The Interzone schedule will be approximately 14 games plus a season-ending tournament.
